You bring the business context. We handle the agreed build, from the first plan to a handover your team can use.
Discuss your project ↗A clear scope, deliverables and acceptance checks, agreed before implementation.
Review the workflow, check its outputs and get a walkthrough of what was built.
For agency partners, you own the client relationship. We deliver the scoped work behind it.
A practical plan for one customer journey or operational bottleneck. Yours to keep, whether we build it or not.
$250one-timeDelivered within 3 business days of the session and receipt of the required information.
One useful system, built into your business. Start with the highest-priority gap before expanding.
From $1,500per scoped buildTarget: 10 business days after access, content, and required platform approvals are ready. Final scope and schedule agreed before payment.
Optional care for the system we have built. Clear responsibility and a defined support allowance.
From $497per month / locationMonth-to-month with 30 days’ cancellation notice. Unused support time does not roll over. Software, messaging, voice usage, and registration fees are separate.
The Client Onboarding Sprint is a defined $2,500 package for one existing coaching/training program, one GHL location and up to three tools total, including GHL and middleware. General System Sprints still start at $1,500 for simpler, separately scoped work. Both start with a $250 Blueprint; the onboarding package credits it when booked within 30 days. See the dedicated Client Onboarding page for full deliverables and terms.
Yes. A2P Submission is a standalone service for your business or an agency client account. We review business details and the opt-in journey, prepare and submit the brand and campaign, and track the review. Request a quote for one brand and campaign; a Systems Blueprint is not required. Service pricing and registration fees are agreed before submission. Every submission through our current process has been approved, with zero rejections to date. Future approval and timing remain subject to registration review.
We discuss the bottleneck, the tools you use, and whether there is a useful first project. If there is a fit, we recommend the paid Systems Blueprint. The free call is not a full systems audit and does not commit you to a purchase.
A 45-minute working session, a map of one workflow, a prioritized scope, a fixed build quote, and an acceptance checklist. We deliver it within 3 business days after the session and receipt of the necessary information. You can use the plan with us, your team, or another provider.
If you book a System Sprint within 30 days of receiving your Blueprint, we deduct $250 from the build price. A $1,500 build becomes $1,250 after the credit; your combined Blueprint and build spend is $1,500. The credit is not cash-refundable.
The starting scope is one location, one defined workflow, and up to 3 existing tools. We agree on the exact steps, copy, handoffs, tests, and delivery date before payment. CRM migrations, custom apps, complex voice agents, and additional locations receive their own quote.
No. We assess what you already use. AI is added only when it helps the workflow. A dependable form, message sequence, and human handoff may be the right first build. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate from our fees.
No. We commit to the agreed build and acceptance tests. Lead volume, audience quality, deliverability, and your team’s follow-through affect commercial results. The 14-day post-handover fix period covers defects in the agreed build, not new features or a revenue guarantee.
Yes. You own the client relationship; we deliver the agreed technical work under your brand. Start with one client account and one project. Builds and care are scoped per account, with additional accounts quoted explicitly.
No. Your Sprint includes a walkthrough and 14 days of fixes for the agreed scope. Optional Systems Care starts at $497 per month per location for one agreed system, a monthly check and review, and up to 2 hours of fixes or small updates. Time does not roll over; new builds and third-party charges are separate. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
